Better ads coming for Yoyo Games?
As you may know, the positioning of the ads on yoyo games is really annoying. Fortunately help might be on the way.
A while back (maybe 4 weeks ago) I sent in a help ticket to Yoyo Games enquiring about the ads and weather they would be doing anything about them. I got a reply back today, stating the following:

We are in discussions with Google at the moment to change the way we advertise.
More will follow on the site new once we know more,Regards,

Maybe Yoyo is getting a big(er) change shortly. I hope they do, because the ads are really annoying

Unfortunately I think he was gesturing to the in game advertising. Which is a big disappointment. As you said, its for Yoyo Games (and Yoyo Games only) to make money.
Why don’t you just get Adblock Plus for FireFox and then get the EasyList?
Because I have ads on my site myself, and realise that this is how people like me make money.
I don’t mind the text ads, but when they become flashy, that’s when I start to hate them
